Cool bowl sugar and cocoa. Beat sugar and cocoa mixed right into cream, beat stiff. Now take top off of angelfood cake 1 inch down, lay aside, now cut 1 1/2 inches from the hole and same from the outside and dig cake out, fill this open space with the whipped cream, little over edge. Put top back on and cover whole thing with the whipped cream. Chill overnight.
