Slice meat into thin strips 1 1/2-2 inches long. Slice veggies into bite sized pieces.
Heat oil 2-3 minutes in a wok or large frying pan over medium-high heat. Add half of meat to pan. Cook 4-5 minutes until browned and cooked through. Stir occasionally. Remove to a bowl and cook remaining meat. Add it to the bowl.
Return cooked meat to pan with vegetables. Add stir fry sauce and bring to a boil. Cook and stir 1-2 minutes. Serve over warm rice.
