Instructions |

|
Coarsely chop 1/2 cup of the strawberries. Quarter remaining strawberries lengthwise.

Combine strawberries, sugar, orange liquer (or juice) in a bowl.

Let stand 15 mintues or until sugar is completely melted.
|
|
|
Serve with French toast. Garnish with a spring of mint.
