1. Set oven to 100 degrees
2. Seperate egg whites and yolks, placing whites in a clean dry
bowl with a pinch of salt.
3. Whisk till the whites form a foam
4. Gradually add sugar and keep whisking until they form stiff peaks.
5. Add vinegar and cornflour down the side of the basin and mix
in
6. On a baking paper lined baking tray create 4 circular blobs.
7. Bake about 2 hours until dry.
8. Decorate with cream and fruit when cool.
