     Smittys Hot sauce

Ingredients
6 oz French's mustard
2 oz Ketchup
2 C water
1/2 C white vinegar
2 C sugar
6 oz honey
1 pineapple or orange, peeled and sliced
3 oz Frank's Hot sauce
1 oz crushed red pepper to taste
 
Instructions
Simmer sauce for 1 hour. Bread chicken (or tofu?) with seasoned bread crumbs. Bake chicken for 1 1/2 hours or fry.
