     Kristi Olsen's Potato Casserole

Ingredients
grated cooked potatoes (or bag of frozen hashbrowns)
1 finely chopped onion
250 ml. sour cream
1 can cream of chicken soup (or mushroom)
1 1/2 cups grated cheddar cheese
1 cup crushed corn flakes
 

Instructions
Mix all ingredients together except corn flakes. Put into greased casserole dish and top with crushed corn flakes. Bake at 350 degrees for about 45 minutes.
