Beat butter, sugars egg and vanilla in large bowl with electric mixer on medium speed until light and fluffy. Mix in flour, baking soda, and salt. Stir in Andes Baking chips. Drop by rounded spoonfuls, 2 inches apart onto ungreased cookie sheet.
Bake at 375 degrees for 8 to 10 minutes or until golden brown. Cool slightly. Remove from cookie sheet and cool on wire racks.
