Brown meat drenched in flour. When done take out of pan.
Add to olive oil, onion, carrots sauté till onions are clear add garlic,
mushrooms, red wine, beef broth, tomato sauce, meat, peas, cook
1 1/2 hours or until meat is done. add potatoes cook until soft.
