Chop fruit by hand and place in a large bowl. Mix the juice and brown sugar and mix in with the cut up fruit.

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Cut the Tortillas into triangles ( the size is up to you)and place them in a single layer on baking sheet. Lightly mist with water and cinnamon sugar mixture.

|
Bake for aprox 7 minutes. They should be firm and slightly darker. (If you wait until they are golden brown they will be burned.) Remove from pan immediately chips will harden as they cool

|
Serve with chilled fruit.
