Ingredients
2 Pork Tenderloin
1 Package McCormick Peppercorn Mix or Weber Black Peppercorn Grill mix
1 Package McCormick Au Jus Gravy Mix
2 Cups Water
Flour
 

Instructions
Mix water with 1/2 package of au jus mix and 1 package peppercorn mix.
Roll tenderloins in plain flour to coat and place in a baking pan. Pour water mixture over the tenderloins. Cover with tin foil.
Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Remove foil and lower temperature to 325 degrees.
Baste several times during cooking until meat is really brown for approximately one hour.
