|
Mix water with 1/2 package of au jus mix and 1 package peppercorn mix.
|
|
|
Roll tenderloins in plain flour to coat and place in a baking pan. Pour water mixture over the tenderloins. Cover with tin foil.
|
|
|
Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Remove foil and lower temperature to 325 degrees.
|
|
|
Baste several times during cooking until meat is really brown for approximately one hour.
