     Venison Sausage Skillet

Ingredients
1 Pound Venison Sausage
1 Green Bell Pepper
2 Green Onions with Tops
2 Celery Ribs with Leaves
1 Cup Rice (uncooked)
2 Cups Chicken Broth
1 Tablespoon Worcestershire Sauce
Salt (to taste)
Pepper (to taste)
 

Instructions
Chop celery, onion and green pepper. Place sausage in skillet and brown until crumbly. Drain off any grease. In a sauce pan heat chicken broth to a boiling and add to skillet.
Add in remaining ingredients and stir.
Cover and simmer on low heat for 1 hour or until rice is done. Add a little salt and pepper to your preference and serve.

Tip- alternate meat choice- pork sausage
