Heat oven to 400 degrees. In a bowl combine egg, brownie mix, vegetable oil and 3 Tablespoons of water. Stir until well blended. Pour into a 1 1/2 quart casserole dish or a 9x9 brownie pan

Put the pudding mix in a bowl and add the remaining hot water. Stir until blended. Carefully pour over brownie batter in pan.

Place in oven and bake for 35 to 40 minutes or until the pudding is thick and bubbles around the sides of the dish. Best served when warm but is mighty tasty when cold too.

|
You can top with extra hot fudge sauce or Chocolate or Vanilla ice cream. I double the recipe for a 9x13 pan
