     Hamburger Rice Hotdish

Ingredients
1 Pound of Hamburger
1 Can of Cream Mushroom Soup
1 Can Cream of Celery Soup
2 Cups Minute Rice
Water
 

Instructions
Brown and crumble hamburger in a skillet. Drain off excess grease.
Add in soups stir until soup is blended. Add in minute rice and about 1/2 of soup can of water. Stir until incorporated in mixture.
Bring mixture to a boil then reduce heat to low and simmer aprox 30 minutes until rice is fully cooked. Stirring occasionally through out the cooking process and adding more water when needed (usually it will not exceed 1 soup can of water.
I always use one can of the cream soup but have swapped out the other can for a different cream soup or chicken noodle soup. Have fun and be creative.
