Ingredients
1 pound of ground beef
1 large green bell pepper, chopped(WIC food)
1 large onion, chopped(WIC food)
2 tablespoon chili powder
1/4 teaspoon pepper
3 cups tomato juice(WIC food)
1 can, 15 oz, kidney beans, rinsed & drained(WIC food)
Sour cream
Sliced green onions(WIC food)
 
Shredded Cheddar Cheese(WIC food)
Chopped Tomato(WIC food)

Instructions
1. In medium skillet over medium-high heat, cook beef, green pepper, onion, chili powder and black pepper until beef is browned, stirring to separate meat. Pour off fat.
2. Add tomoto juice and beans and heat through. Top with sour cream, green onions, cheese and tomato.
