     BBQ Brisket

Ingredients
1 8 oz can tomato sauce
2/3 C packed brown sugar
3/4 C red wine vinegar
3/4 C chili sauce
1/4 C prepared mustard
1/4 C steak sauce
1/8 tsp. tabasco sauce
2 tsp. celery seed
1 tsp. salt
 
1/8 tsp. lemon pepper
2 TBS Worcestershire sauce
2TBS liquid smoke
1 TBS soy sauce

Instructions
Simmer 1 hour- makes enough for 2 good size roasts. Wrap brisket in heavy foil 2-3 times, very tight. Place in a 9x13 pan. Roast 8 hrs at 275 degrees. When done, slice against the grain. Place in casserole, cover in layers with sauce. Heat in 350 oven until heated through.
