Heat oven to 400. Lightly oil a small baking pan
and bake the salmon, covered in the honey and
pepper, until barely done.
In a saucepan, saute onion in oil until
translucent. Add wine and cook until 1 Tbs
remains. Whisk in the mustard, cream, salt and
remaining pepper. Turn off heat and flake in
salmon and stir in parsley. Stir in cooked pasta.
