     Salmon Pasta

Ingredients
1 lb. salmon filet
1 Tbs. honey
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 Tbs. cooking oil
1 onion, chopped
1/3 C dry white wine
1 tsp. dijon mustard
3/4 C heavy cream
1 1/4 tsp salt
 
2 Tbs parsley
3/4 lb. cooked ziti pasta

Instructions
Heat oven to 400. Lightly oil a small baking pan and bake the salmon, covered in the honey and pepper, until barely done. In a saucepan, saute onion in oil until translucent. Add wine and cook until 1 Tbs remains. Whisk in the mustard, cream, salt and remaining pepper. Turn off heat and flake in salmon and stir in parsley. Stir in cooked pasta.
