     Teriyaki Pork

Ingredients
1 (1 Pound) Pork Tenderloin
1/4 C. Reduced sodium Soy Sauce
1 Tbl Minced Peeled Fresh Ginger
2 Garlic Cloves, Minced
1 tbl Rice-Wine Vinegar
1 Tbl Packed Brown Sugar
1 Tbl Corn Starch
2 Scallions, Thinly Sliced
 

Instructions
Spray a non stick skillet and brown Pork loin on all sides, 6 minutes or so. Transfer the pork to crockpot.
combine remaining ingredients in a small bowl and mix well. Pour over pork and cook on low for 4-5 hours
Cut into 8 pieces and serve 2 slices and 2 tbls of sauce per person
