Combine Garlic, oil, Fines Herbs, Salt and pepper in a small bowl.
Rub under skin of chicken and inside cavity of Chicken
Spray a non stick skillet with cooking spray and set to medium
heat. Cook Chicken Breast side down till browned, Flip chicken
transfer to cock pot after fully browned.
Add Chicken broth to skillet and stir until brown bits are fully
intigrated, add 2 tbl lemon juice and pour over chicken
Cook chicken till fork tender abour 6-8 hours on low.
20 min before serving add remaining lemon juice and zest. Cook
on high remaining 20 minutes
