     Phillips Crab Cakes

8 oz lump crab meat
1 egg
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
1 T. mayonnaise
1/2 tsp. lemon juice
1 1/2 tsp. prepared mustard
1 1/2 tsp. melted butter
1/2 tsp. parsley flakes
1/2 tsp. old bay seasoning (more if desired)
1/4 cup bread crumbs
1/8 tsp. dry mustard

Combine all ingredients except crab meat. Fold in crab meat. Shape into cakes. Pan fry or broil until crab cake is brown on both sides.
