Heat oven to 350. Combine flour, soda, powder and salt. Set aside.
Beat sugars and butter. Add eggs and vanilla. Combine wet and dry ingredients. Add oats and blend. Add chocolate chips, raisins or walnuts at this time.
Bake 11-12 min
Can add 2 tsps cinnamon.
Can add 3/4 cup cocoa powder to make chocolate cookie.
