Melt butter or margarine in microwave-safe dish. When melted, add flour. Stir well, microwave for 1 minute. Add milk and stir well. Cube Velveeta cheese and add to sauce. Microwave for 3 1/2 minute settings until cheese is completely melted and sauce is thick. (May take a total of 10 minutes). Add a little salt and pepper just to season.
