     Chicken Corn Soup

Ingredients
2-3 lbs. chicken
small onion
celery
salt and pepper to taste
6-8 hard boiled eggs
1-2 bags of gold and white corn
couple handfulls of fine egg noodles
parsley
 

Instructions
Place chicken with chopped onion, celery and salt and pepper to taste in crock pot on low for 8 to 10 hours or on the stove top until done. Remove chicken from broth and let cool.
Place chicken broth in large pot on stove and add chicken bouillon until desired taste. Bring to a boil and add corn, cook on low for approx. 4-5 minutes. Add fine egg noodles and continue to cook for additional 3-5 minutes. Reduce to low and add chopped hard boiled eggs and cut up chicken. Add parsley!! Enjoy
