     Seafood Bisque

Ingredients
1 lb. crabmeat (I use the special or lump)
1 lb. shrimp
1 lb. bay scallops
1 medium chopped onion
3-4 cans cream of potato soup
1 quart of half and half and I add 2 cups of milk
1/2 cup sherry
Season with garlic power
Old bay seasoning to your liking
 

Instructions
Saute the seafood and onion in butter. Add cream of potato soup, sherry, half and half and milk to thickness that is desired. Season with garlic powder and old bay. Heat until warm but do not boil
