     Hashbrown Casserole

Ingredients
1 bag frozen Ore-Ida hash brown potatoes (I use the O'Brien potatoes with peppers and onions
1/2 cup ranch dressing
2 cans cream of chicken soup
2 cups of shredded cheddar cheese
French fried onions
 

Instructions
Grease a 13 x 9 baking dish. Mix all of the above ingredients in the baking dish except for the french fried onions. At this point it may be put in the frig overnight.
Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for approximately 50 minutes or until bubbly and brown. Sprinkle generously the french fried onions and bake for an additional 5 minutes.
