1/2 c kraft Extra Virgin Olive Oil Sundried Tomato Dressing
1 can chick peas drained and well rinsed.
Instructions
Cook beans and cauliflower for 4 to 5 min in boiling water and then chill quickly in ice water. I do them separetly so the cauliflower stays white. Drain well. I dry them or spin in a salad spinner to get rid of excess moisture.
Mix everything together and allow to marinate at least 4 hours. Better made a day in advance.
