     Stuffed Pepper Soup

Ingredients
2 pounds ground beef
1 - 28 ounce can Tomato Sauce
1 - 28 ounce can of Diced Tomatoes (undrained)
2 cups of rice (cooked)
2 cups green peppers (chopped)
2 beef bouillon cubes
1/2 cup brown sugar (packed)
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
 
1 can beef broth

Instructions
In a large pan, brown ground meat and drain. Add remaining ingredients and bring to a boil. Reduce heat, cover and simmer for 30-40 minutes or until green peppers are tenders. Stir occasionally.
Ground turkey can be substituted for the ground beef. Colored peppers can be used in place of green peppers.
