Mix cake the usual way and place in large baking
dish - I usually use my 1/2 baking pan or you could
use a large severing fad. - Bake in oven at 200C for
20 minutes.
Take out and spoon melted topping on top of cake.
Place cacke in oven again and bake this time for a
further 5 minutes at 250C
