Make batch of rice krispie bars using recipe on
box. Spread on cookie sheet. Top with 1/2 package
mini marshmallows. Melt caramels, butter and
condensed milk. Pour over marshmallows, spread.
Make another batch of rice krispie bars and put on
top of caramel layer.
