Place melted butter and brown sugar into the bottom
of a 9x13 pan. Layer 2 rows of Texas toast bread in
pan. Mix eggs, salt and mix and pour mixture over
bread. Sprinkle with cinnamon and nutmeg.
Refrigerate overnight and bake 350 for 30-40 minutes in the morning.
