     Nacho Platter

Ingredients
1 can refried beans
1 tbsp chili powder
1 tsp sugar
1 medium onion, chopped
1 can chopped green chilies, drained
3/4 cup shredded monterey jack cheese
3/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/3 cup taco sauce
1/2 cup sliced black olives
 
1 container frozen guacamole, thawed
1 pound ground beef
1 tsp ground cumin
1/2 tsp salt

Instructions
Spread beans over bottom of 9 x 12-inch serving plate. Cover loosely with waxed paper; microwave on high 2-1/2 to 3 minutes until hot.
Meanwhile, mix beef, chili powder, cumin, sugar and salt in medium sized bowl until blended. Crumble into microwave safe colander; add onion. Set colander over same bowl and microwave on high for 3 to 4 minutes, stirring once to break up meat, until it is no longer pink.
Discard drippings in bowl. Spread beef mixture over beans on serving plate. Scatter chilies, then cheese on top. Drizzle with taco sauce; sprinkle with green onions and olives. Mound guacamole in center; top with sour cream.
Tuck chips around edges; serve immediately.
