     Chocolate Nut Fudge

Ingredients
1 tblspn, plus 1 cup butter-divided
4 cups sugar
1 cup milk
32 large marshmallows
2 cups milk chocolate chips
2 cups (12oz each) semisweet chocolate chips
2 squares (1 oz each) unsweeted chocolate, melted
1 to 1-1/2 cups coarsley chopped nuts
1-1/2 tspn vanilla extract
 

Instructions
Butter a 13x9x2 pan with 1 tblspn butter;set aside. In a large heavy saucepan, combine the sugar, milk and remaining butter. Bring to a full boil over medium heat; boil for 2 minutes, stirring constantly.
Remove from heat. Stir in marshmallows until melted. Add chocolate chips and unsweetened chocolate; stir until chips are melted. Add chopped nuts and vanilla.
Spread into prepared pan. Cool for 1 hour at room temperature. Cut into squares. Store in refrigerator.
