     Even Easier No-Knead Bread

Ingredients
6 cups flour (I use whole wheat red fife)
2 1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp yeast sprinkled on 1/2 cup warm water between 110 and 115 degrees
3 cups of 110 to 115 degree water including 1/4 cup whey (liquid from strained yoghurt)
 

Instructions
Thoroughly mix ingredients in a plastic bowl. With a rubber spatula, scrape everything in the bowl down to compact the dough neatly at the bottom. Cover with plastic or a plate. Place in a warm location.
Allow the dough to rise between 4 hrs or overnight. The dough is ready to bake as soon as it has doubled in bulk and the surface has become dotted with air bubbles.
Heat oven to 450 degrees, grease small pot with lid and put in oven to heat up for about 10-15 minutes. At the 1/2 hr, remove hot pot, pour in dough, put lid on, and place in oven for 45 minutes.
