To large roast in baking bag, add two cans tomato soup or french onion soup. Bake 350 degress for 4 hours for a large roast or 2-3 hours for a small roast.
Other option - instead of soups, add 2 chopped onions, cream of mushroom soup (or celery soup) and 1 cube bouillion.
