Blend the cream cheese until it's smooth. Add the 3 cups of crushed Oreos in, 1 cup at a time. Shape the mixture into small balls and refridgerate for approximately a half hour. Melt the boxes of chocolate. Dip the balls into the chocolate. Sprinkle immediately with remaining crushed Oreos. Refridgerate until eating/serving.
