Cream butter and sugar, add eggs. Then add flour,
one cup at a time. Roll into 2, 12 inch logs and
wrap in saran wrap and refrigerate overnight.
One log at a time, cut thin diagonally with serrated
knife and place thin cookie on ungreased baking
sheet. Brush with eggwash, sprinkle with cinnamon
and black walnuts
Bake at 325 degrees for 10 to 11 minutes. Remove
from pan immediately and cool on wire rack.
