     Beer and Cheese Sauce

Ingredients
1/2 cup butter
1 cup flour
4 cup chicken broth
1 1/12 cup milk
16 oz cheez whiz
6 oz beer
1 tbsp. worcestershire sauce
 

Instructions
Melt butter and mix with flour. Add broth, milk, and cheeze stir till smooth and thickness you like (sometimes putting in the food processor helps to get the clumps out). Add beer and worcestershire sauce. Simmer 10 minutes. This can be eaten as a soup over hot spaghetti. Tastes like the beer and cheese sauce from Spaghetti Works.
