Ingredients
2 loaves bread dough, thawed but still cold
1 egg, beaten
 

Instructions
Cut loaves in half and form 4 smooth balls. Place on baking sheet sprayed with non-stick cooking spray. Brush with egg and 1/2 tablespoon water. Cover with plastic wrap. Let rise until double in size. Remove wrap and bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes or until golden brown. Let cool and slice off top. Hollow out bread.
Option 2 - place dough over bowl to shape, then bake on baking sheet until golden brown.
