     Crab Cakes

Ingredients
4 oz crab meat
4 oz chopped cooked fish
2 slices enriched white bread- crumbs
2 green onions (green and white parts), finely chopped
2 tbsp imitation mayonnaise
2 tsp chopped fresh parsley
1/4 tsp dry mustard
1/4 tsp Worcestershire sauce
 
Instructions
Combine all ingedients in a large bowl (don't get carried away with bread crumbs, just enough to hold cakes together). Make into patties.
Bake 350 degrees F for 10 minutes
