3-4 chicken breast w/skin on, also used skinless/boneless

1 can cream of mushroom soup
|
|
1 can of water.....I may add a little more later after cooking 20-30 minutes
|
|
1 package dried onion soup mix
|
|
1 cup of long grain rice ( not minute rice)
|
|
1 stick of margarine, melt in baking dish prior to add chicken/rice
|
|
Melt Margarine, pour in soup mix, rice, water, mix well
|
|
Add chicken, coat with soup mix,skin side up.
|
|
cover with aluminum foil
|
|
|
|
bake @ 350 for 45 minutes
|
|
You might need to check half way through and add some water
|
