Press cookie crumbs in pie pan and bake at 325 for
10 mins. Melt chocolate and butter; add sugar,
cocoa, corn syrup, and water and bring to a slow
boil, do not stir. Add vanilla. Pour over crust
and chill. Spoon in softened ice cream and top
with caramel sauce or whatever you desire on top.
