1 1/2 lb. chicken breast, boiled, deboned and chopped

In LARGE pan, add
|
|
2 cans.. 14oz. each, chicken broth
|
|
3 cans 14 oz each, white northern beans
|
|
1 14oz can of white kidney beans (cannellini beans)
|
|
2 tsp. of chili powder, 1 tsp red pepper
|
|
2 heaping teaspoons of cumin, 2 heaping tsp of oregano
|
|
in separate pan, heat 2 Tablespoons olive oil,
|
|
cook 2 cups chopped onions and
|
|
|
|
2 Tablespoons of chopped garlic
|
|
add them to the large pot of beans and chicken
|
|
cook 1 hour, then serve with sharp cheddar cheese
|
