Preheat your oven t 350*. Chop your onion and garlic and add to ground beef. Add your breadcrumbs and 1/4 jar of your pasta sauce. Add a tablespoon of each of the spices. Place in the oven for 35-40 min. At 30 min, pour the remaining sauce over the meatloaf and let sit for another 10 min.
