Preheat your oven to 350*. Place your chicken in a baking dish, drizzle the oil over the chicken and sprinkle the seasoning over the chicken (generally about a teaspoon of each) and rub them around the chicken. Bake for approx 35-40 min turning halfway.
When the chicken is done, pour the drippings into a skillet and add the flour, stir around until the flour has cooked. Add the chicken broth and whisk until it becomes a gravy.
