Preheat your oven to 350*. Add your butter to a skillet set on meduim. Cut your chicken into bite size pieces. Add to skillet and brown. Place one of the pie crusts into a pie pan, poke a few holes in it so it won't puff up. Bake for 15 min. Place your veggies on a baking sheet and place in the oven for 15 min to roast (gives them good flavor). Push the chicken to the sides of the skillet and add 4 more tablespoons of butter and the flour and cook the flour, add the chicken broth and stir the chicken into the gravy. Add the veggies add salt and pepper to taste. Pour the pie mixture into the baked crust and top with the other crust. Poke holes to vent. Bake for about 30 min. During the last 15 min, brush the egg mixture onto the pie crust and sprinkle with salt. Finish baking until the crust is brown. Enjoy
