Hoover's corn meal
Wesson Oil
 
Instructions
Wash fish, salt & dip in Hoover's corn meal - fry fish - 4 or 5 minutes on each side in Wesson or other brand Canola oil.
Take out when brown and drain on paper towel over newspaper on plate.
