Soak bamboo skewers in water at least 30 minutes. Heat oven to 400°F. Place wire cooling rack in 15x10x1-inch pan. In small bowl, stir together Sriracha sauce and syrup. Thread 1 bacon slice on each skewer; place on rack in pan. Brush both sides of bacon with sauce mixture. Bake 20 to 25 minutes or until bacon is golden brown and crispy. Garnish with onions.
