     Country Fried Steak

Ingredients
Round Steak or Eye of the Round
Coke Bottle (very important)
Salt & Pepper
Onions
Self Rising Flour
Milk
Oil
 

Instructions
Cut meat in 1/2 inch steaks - Take coke bottle and beat it, dredge in salt & pepper and self rising flour - Brown a little bit in oil on top of the steve - Put on plate (or the pan you are going to cook in) after the meat is cooked -
Put chopped onions back in the pan drippings. Let onions cook. Add 1-2 tbsps. of self rising flour and put in with onions. Let flour begin to brown. Add water (1- 1 1/2 - 2 cups plus 1-2 tbsps. of 2% milk - "you want your gravy thin".
Pour gravy over meat - Cook for 30-45 minutes at 350 degrees.
