1 pkg Lemon Cooler Mix (available at the Longaberger Homestead)
8 oz cream cheese, softened
8 oz sour cream
8 oz whipped topping
PIE CRUST-
1 stick of butter
2 T sugar
1 c graham crackers, crushed
Instructions
Whip cream cheese till fluffy and add dip mix. Fold in sour cream and whipped topping such as cool whip. Serve in Longaberger Pie Plate lined with graham cracker crust.
