     Easy Applesauce Muffins

Ingredients
6 Tbsp. butter
1 1/2 cup flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp salt
2 eggs
2/3 cup brown sugar
1 1/2 cups chunky applesauce
 
Instructions
Preheat oven to 375 degress. Line 12 cup muffin tin with muffin papers.
Melt butter. Sift dry ingredients together.
Add melted butter, eggs, and applesauce to dry ingredients.
Divide muffin cups about 2/3 full. Bake for 20 minutes or until golden brown.
