Brown potatoes in oil until golden on one side. Flip so uncooked is on bottom. Sprinkle onion, chives, pepper, salt, garlic powder and paprika over potatoes. Sprinkle with sausage or crumbled bacon. Reduce heat to low. Pour eggs over top and covre with lid. After a couple of minutes cut slits into frittata to allow the eggs to seep down and cook. When cooked, turn heat off, then sprinkle cheese on top and replace lid to melt. Cut into slices like pizza and serve with Salsa.
